It is open to the public and there is an option to order to go. The donkeys are well served and the dressings go very well with the flavor, which are cream, cilantro, chipotle, soy sauce, hot sauce and lemon. They take about 15 minutes to prepare. The menu is varied. There are various fillings. I like the Cordon Blue chicken. There is also a vegetarian one.
It was one of the quality time in this lockdown time. Apart from that taste of burro was delicious.

The prices have gone up a little since my previous visit, but the quality of the Percheron donkeys remains the same. A recommendable place to eat early in the morning, as it is one of the few places in Hermosillo that offer service after midnight.
